Colin King

Colin King, MPH, currently serves as an Epidemiologist II in the Medical Care Services Division of the County of San Diego, focusing on COVID-19 response initiatives, vaccination efforts, and public health resources. With extensive experience in program coordination at the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine, Colin has successfully managed initiatives including the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship, aimed at training underrepresented minorities as physician-scientists. Previous roles include administrative support positions in various organizations, including UC San Diego Health and ACLU of San Diego & Imperial Counties, as well as teaching English as a Foreign Language. Colin holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from UC San Diego and undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Communication.
