Joanne Seo

Joanne Seo is an experienced environmental health professional with a strong background in environmental science and community outreach. Currently serving as both an Environmental Health Specialist and Supervising Environmental Health Specialist for the County of San Diego since May 2015, as well as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist II at the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health, Joanne also holds a position at Moriarty Environmental Solutions, Inc. since 2010, where responsibilities include soil and groundwater testing. Additionally, Joanne has been an Outreach Coordinator for a Women's Health Nonprofit Organization since 2010. Academically, Joanne earned a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Technology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Temple University. Education was completed at North Penn High School with a diploma.
