Joe Fasanella

Joe Fasanella is currently the COO of GTM Global Partnerships & Ecosystems at Coupa Software, responsible for overseeing global ecosystem partnerships and leading strategic initiatives to scale the ecosystem. Prior to this role, Joe held various leadership positions at ServiceNow, including Global Head of GTM Strategic Programs & Initiatives, where significant advancements were made, such as the creation of a new Global Partner Program and other enhancements that supported over 2000 partners globally. Joe has extensive experience in business operations and alliance management across multiple organizations, including CA Technologies and The Fasanella Group, and has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and transforming partner ecosystems. Joe holds multiple degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Rider University, focusing on organizational dynamics and leadership.
