Rajat Varshney is an experienced operations and facility design leader with a strong background in supply chain management and process engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Facility Design and Sr. Operations Director at Coupang since September 2018, Rajat oversees the design of fulfillment and sortation centers. Prior to this role, Rajat was with Flipkart from April 2015 to September 2018, where significant contributions included leading the expansion of grocery fulfillment capabilities and improving operational efficiencies. Earlier experience includes roles at I Say Organic, Capgemini, and CSC, alongside an internship at NVPC in Singapore. Rajat holds a PGDM from SPJIMR and a B.Tech. in Computer from Aligarh Muslim University.
