Patrick Malatack

Patrick Malatack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and investment. Currently a Partner at Matrix since January 2019, Patrick has been integral in supporting product growth from pre-seed to Series A funding. In addition to this role, Patrick serves as a Seed Investor at Riza, Inc., Ampersand, and Propel Data Cloud, and has been a Board Member for companies including Hookdeck and CommonGround-AI, where significant investments were made during early funding rounds. Previously, Patrick worked at Twilio Inc. as GM Messaging and VP of Product, along with experience at Microsoft as a Program Manager. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
