Kumar Mehta, Ph.D., is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in research and organizational excellence. As the Principal and Founder of Bridges Insight since October 2016, Kumar focuses on exceptional performance and the factors that contribute to elite capabilities. In addition, Kumar serves as Board President for the Committee for Children, a nonprofit dedicated to children's social-emotional learning. Since October 2017, Kumar has been a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Southern California's Center for the Digital Future, participating in key studies on Internet user behavior. Previous leadership roles include CEO positions at Course5i, Borderless Access, and Informate Mobile Intelligence, along with a foundational role at Microsoft, where Kumar was a Senior Director.
