Shane Yu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors including e-commerce, fintech, and technology services. Currently serving as Vice President of Services at Coursera since August 2018, Shane has previously held senior positions at Walmart Global eCommerce, Boomerang Commerce, Nomis Solutions, BrightEdge, Silver Spring Networks, Avaya, and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Shane has a proven track record of building successful teams and driving business growth, such as leading marketplace support operations at Walmart and overseeing customer success initiatives at Boomerang Commerce. Shane holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
