Conor O'Dwyer serves as a Senior Enterprise Architect at AIB since 2017 and holds the position of IT Strategy & Architecture Lead at the Courts Service since April 2011, where responsibilities include defining IT strategy and enterprise architecture to support eGovernment initiatives. Previous roles include IT Strategy & Architecture Lead at the Irish Heart Foundation, Enterprise Architect at the Department of Finance Ireland, Solution Architect at ESB International, and Solutions Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Conor also contributed as a Senior Architecture Manager at Accenture, driving the adoption of emerging technologies across Europe. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Computer Science & Mathematics from University College Dublin.

Courts Service
The Courts Service was established as an independent corporate organisation on 9th November, 1999 following the enactment of the Courts Service Act, 1998. We employ around 1,000 staff in 40 locations nationwide. Our functions are: -to manage the courts -to provide support services for the judges -to provide information on the courts system to the public -to provide, manage and maintain court buildings -to provide facilities for users of the courts.
