Mark Warren is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Head of Data at the Courts Service since July 2022. Previously, Mark held the position of Chief Data Officer at Children's Health Ireland from September 2021 to July 2022 and served as Assistant Principal at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform from April 2017 to September 2021, specializing in senior data architecture and project management. Mark also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform from 2008 to May 2016. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin, earned between 2000 and 2004.

Courts Service
The Courts Service was established as an independent corporate organisation on 9th November, 1999 following the enactment of the Courts Service Act, 1998. We employ around 1,000 staff in 40 locations nationwide. Our functions are: -to manage the courts -to provide support services for the judges -to provide information on the courts system to the public -to provide, manage and maintain court buildings -to provide facilities for users of the courts.
