Ian L. is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and data analytics. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Courtsite since August 2017, Ian has played a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Coinbase from May 2020 to July 2025 included a range of roles focused on developer productivity, infrastructure, and blockchain interoperability. Ian also served as a Senior Data Engineer at Tracr, contributing to data analytics and machine learning platforms, and held multiple engineering positions at Arachnys, progressing from Software Engineer to Staff Engineer. Ian's career began as a freelance Full-stack Developer and Managing Director at Aerosol Host, where the company was eventually sold. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
