Frank Verraest is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and consultancy, currently serving as a Service Delivery Executive at Covalens since July 2023. Verraest has held pivotal roles such as Engagement Manager and Service Delivery Executive at Cronos Digital Managed Services since January 2019, and as Owner of PERT-IT since October 2014, specializing in IT service management. Previous positions include General Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg at InfraVision, Head of Customer Service Management and Transition Management at Atos Belux, and Service Delivery Director for Belgium at Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Verraest has a strong foundation in operational excellence, business development, and project management, supported by a degree in Industrial Engineering and a certification from the Siemens Management program at Vlerick Business School.

By supervising and guiding the implementation, we ensure end-to-end relieve of the Customer's responsibilities.
