Thomas Fink is an experienced electrical professional currently serving as the Acting E&I Electrical Supervisor and E&I Electrician at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since March 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Electrical Supervisor and Electrical Leading Hand at Primero Group from August 2021 to December 2022. Thomas began career as an Electrician at Kalium Lakes Limited (August 2020 - August 2021), followed by similar roles at Mineral Resources Limited (August 2019 - July 2020) and National Grid Link (June 2015 - July 2017). Educational qualifications include a Certificate III in Electrotechnology from the College of Electrical Training, achieved between 2011 and 2015, and completion of studies at Leeming Senior High School from 2006 to 2010.

Our Mount Holland project, which includes a mine, concentrator, and our Kwinana refinery, is strategically positioned for both local and international markets. It is set to produce approximately 50,000 tonnes of lithium hydroxide annually, enough to power around 1 million EVs and replace regular vehicles on the road each year, with an expected mine life of around 50 years. When fully constructed, Covalent will be a unique, fully integrated producer of lithium hydroxide in Western Australia. The establishment of a mine, concentrator, and refinery in Western Australia allows complete control over the end-to-end value chain. Covalent Lithium is committed to sustainable best practices, including researching the development of circular economy product use and reuse, with careful consideration of the impact on individuals, communities, and the environment. With the completion of the refinery construction anticipated in late 2024 and the first lithium hydroxide product expected in the first half of 2025, we are proudly poised to shape the future of energy in WA and across the globe.
