Karissa Vander Zanden is a seasoned sales operations professional with over 7 years of experience in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Administration at Covalent Metrology, Karissa has previously held significant roles, including Sales Operations Manager at Tigo Energy, where responsibilities included managing sales procedures and acting as the Salesforce Administrator for multiple global regions.
