Narinder, who has held the role of COO for Covalience for over 5 years, is a seasoned executive, consultant, leader, and speaker with a wide range of business experience. He has had the opportunity to work in companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to multinational corporations, both as an employee as well as a consultant. He has lived, traveled, and worked in over 15 countries and currently resides in India. His passion is for leadership development and effective human resources and business processes.
