Sue Davies has extensive work experience in human resources and operations. Sue worked as the Head of Human Resources at Cove UK from May 2021 until their retirement in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of People Director at Warner Leisure Hotels from June 2017 to April 2021. Sue also worked in various human resources roles at Bourne Leisure from 1999 to 2009 and at Allied Domecq Retail from 1988 to 1998. Sue retired from the hospitality industry and served as the Retired Human Resources Director in 2022.
