Taylor Jones is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Covenant since March 2021. Taylor has received notable recognitions such as the 2023 Joey Ballard Award and the 2022 Talent Acquisition Partner of the Year. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Covenant, as well as positions at Penland Law Firm and Virginia Beach Law Group as a Legal Assistant. Early career experience includes a Receptionist role at Cigna and Customer Service Advocate services.
