Charles "Wompie" Sexton is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and training development. Currently serving as HR Manager at Covenant Health since August 2015, Sexton has also held the role of VP of Programs and Creative Development at Human Outsource since July 2012, where a focus on soft skills training and motivational sessions was established. Previous experience includes over 12 years as Director of Human Resources at Scott County Hospital, overseeing all HR functions for a multi-facility organization while maintaining deficiency-free survey results. Sexton began a career in human resources as Director of Human Resources at Royal Care from June 1992 to June 1996. Education credentials include an Associate of Science in Psychology from Roane State Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Almeada University.
