Kelly Hammontree - Floyd has extensive experience in organizational development and training, currently serving as Manager at Covenant Health since February 2006. In this role, responsibilities include identifying optimization opportunities to drive savings and improvements for the organization, in addition to serving as a Professional Development and Patient Experience Coach. Prior experience includes a position as Development Coordinator at Thompson Cancer Survival Center from 1995 to 1997. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from East Tennessee State University and has educational foundations from Maryville College and Farragut High.
