Varun Shah MD, FCCP, DAABIP has extensive experience in the field of pulmonary medicine. Varun currently serves as the Director of Interventional Pulmonology at StatCare, a position they have held since August 2021. Beginning in July 2023, Dr. Shah will assume the role of Director of Endobronchial Therapies and Lung Nodule Clinic at Covenant Health. Prior to their current positions, they completed a fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology at the renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from July 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical care at Northwell Health, Lennox Hill Hospital from July 2017 to June 2020. Dr. Shah's diverse work experiences have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of pulmonary medicine and the ability to contribute to the field in various capacities.
Varun Shah MD, FCCP, DAABIP completed their Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Miami from 2014 to 2017, earning their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
