Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Executive at JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. from 2008 to 2014, where they provided logistic solutions to lower transportation costs and enhance delivery services. Donny also worked as a Partner at Equity Access from 2006 to 2008 and as a Credit Manager at 21st Mortgage from 1999 to 2006, where they achieved sales accomplishments and received recognition for setting new sales records.
Donny Sparkman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bethel University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
