Madeline Paris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Madeline began their career at Royal Caribbean International, where they held the role of Senior Business Analyst for seven years. Madeline then joined Unum as a Business Analyst and progressed to become a Systems (IT) Project Leader and later a Technical Project Manager. In 2014, they joined True North Custom as a Senior Technical Project Manager and continued in that role until 2017. Madeline then moved to Covenant, where they have held various positions, including Senior Technical Project Manager, Director of Project Management, Director of Enterprise Technology Support, and Senior Director of Enterprise Technology Support. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, IT Operations at Covenant. Madeline is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Madeline Paris, PMP, CSM attended Florida International University where they obtained a degree in Training and Human Resources Development in 1999. Madeline later pursued additional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2019, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2013, and Certified Software Tester (CSTE) from the American Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2011. Madeline also received the HIPAA HITECH Privacy certification in 2014.
