Chris Bayley

Chris Bayley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at Deck2.vc since January 2024, Chris has also co-founded and serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Cover Genius, an insurtech company focused on embedded protection for major digital platforms such as Booking.com, Uber, and Amazon since January 2014. Prior to these roles, Chris was an Investor and Executive Director at Software.com, LLC from September 2009 to December 2010, working on a turnaround project partnered with Startive Capital. Chris began a career in business development at Google from June 2004 to August 2008. Educationally, Chris holds dual MBA degrees in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney and NEOMA Business School, as well as a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Sydney.
