Ozlem Gurel

Ozlem Gurel currently serves as the Customer & Process Lead at Cover Genius since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in process improvement from a previous role as Senior Process Improvement Specialist at ASML from June 2013 to June 2021. At ASML, Ozlem held various positions, including Process Improvement Specialist and Project Lead, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, collaboration with process owners, and leading cross-functional teams for significant improvement initiatives using the Kotter Change Model. Prior to ASML, Ozlem worked as a Laser Design Engineer at Aselsan, specializing in laser cavity design and prototyping. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Middle East Technical University.
