Kaitlin Gibson has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2018, they worked as a CSR Assistant at Farmers Insurance for a year before transitioning to become an independent Insurance Broker in 2019. In 2020, they joined Cover Whale as an Underwriter and quickly moved up the ranks to become the Vice President of Underwriting. Kaitlin continued to advance within the company, taking on roles such as VP Account Executive and currently holds the position of VP Manager Customer Success, which they started in June 2022.
