Tom Dever

Tom Dever has extensive experience in development and operations within the entertainment industry, serving as VP of Development and Operations at Coverfly from August 2017 to February 2024. In this role, Tom oversaw global brand activations at prestigious events such as Cannes, TIFF, Sundance, and PGA, achieving significant cost reductions through strategic negotiations and launching a premium talent content series with A-list partners. Additionally, as VP of Business Development, Tom secured enterprise partnerships with major companies including NBCUniversal and Paramount, enhancing platform visibility and revenue. In the position of Sr. Director of Operations, Tom built the operational infrastructure that established Coverfly as a prominent talent discovery platform, developing key systems for customer support and quality control. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree from Miami University, earned from August 2008 to May 2012.
