Mikayla Balingit

Mikayla Balingit is a professional in human resources and marketing with diverse experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Junior HR Business Partner and HR Specialist at CoverGo since January 2023, Mikayla previously held the role of Human Resources & Admin Intern at MyKuya for a brief period in early 2021. Mikayla contributed to digital marketing and internal communications as the Director for Digital Marketing and Officer for Internal Communications at AIESEC in Pampanga from February 2020 to January 2021. Furthermore, an internship at the Office of Senator Francis Pangilinan in late 2020 involved work in the Electoral Organizing Unit. Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2022, after graduating from Hillcrest Heights Institute with a Senior High School diploma in 2018.
