Saadia Khilji

Saadia Khilji is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital transformation and technology strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Global Chief Information Officer at Coverys since May 2025, Saadia previously held the position of Vice President/Functional CIO Technology and Service at MassMutual from May 2020 to May 2025. In this role, Saadia successfully managed enterprise applications, implemented innovative productivity solutions, and transformed data integration services. Saadia's earlier experience includes significant roles at The Hartford, where a rapid expansion of the Claims IT organization resulted in substantial cost savings, and Travelers, where large-scale technology solutions were executed.
