Lynne Reynolds

Lynne Reynolds is an experienced professional in IT service management and business operations, currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Covestic since November 2009, following its acquisition by Milestone in 2020. Key responsibilities include leading the Covestic UpStream Service Offering, defining ITSM processes, overseeing ServiceNow configuration and implementation, and managing project engagements. Previously, Lynne held leadership roles at the Association for Women in Computing, including President and Programs VP, and served on the Board of Directors as Secretary for Book-It Repertory Theatre. Additional experience includes performance management at Weyerhaeuser and roles in IT and program administration early in Lynne's career. Lynne holds a BA in Honors English, Humanities, and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
