Michael Gale

Michael Gale is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer currently working at Covestic for T-Mobile since August 2019. Previously, Michael served as an Agile Coach/Senior Scrum Master at Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included establishing Agile standards for the Legal Tracker Product and fostering an Agile mindset within the organization. Michael also worked as a Scrum Master at Thomson Reuters, facilitating essential team meetings and aiding in backlog management and process improvements. Earlier in the career, Michael held the position of Senior Program Manager/Scrum Master at Federal Occupational Health, overseeing web-based development programs and managing projects through the Software Development Lifecycle. Michael's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Education/Exercise Physiology from The University of Kansas, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from DeVry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Physiology from UC San Diego.
