Phuc Thao Pham

Phuc Thao Pham is an experienced professional with a strong background in incident coordination and technology support. Since July 2016, Phuc has worked at Covestic as an Incident Coordinator, overseeing major live-site incidents for Microsoft Commerce & Ecosystem services, and has previously provided tiered analytical support in incident management. In addition to this role, Phuc has served as Lead Coordinator at Renton Technical College, providing assistance to a large student body and facilitating IT support initiatives, including an internship that involved computer maintenance and setup.
