Kerrie McDonald currently serves as Senior Director of HR for the APAC region at Covetrus, a position held since March 2022, following the role of HR Director for the same region. Prior to this, Kerrie was the Head of Human Resources at Queensland X-Ray from July 2020 to March 2022, supporting approximately 1,400 employees. Kerrie's experience includes leadership roles in various organizations such as Herron Todd White, where responsibilities encompassed national people and communications strategy, and Vita Group Limited, where Kerrie oversaw HR operations and project management. Additional positions held include Senior HR Manager at QNB Group and Head of HR at both the Hear and Say Centre and Dubai Mercantile Exchange. Kerrie holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology from the University of Newcastle and a Post Graduate Certificate in HR from QUT.
