Andrew Longhi

Andrew Longhi is an Associate Attorney at Covington & Burling LLP, specializing in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, and Technology & Communications Regulation since October 2020. Prior experience includes a Law Clerk position in the Civil Division at the United States Attorneys' Offices, and assisting the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary with the nomination of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh. Andrew’s international legal experience includes clerking for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Rwanda, and supporting strategic decision-making at Laurel Strategies, Inc., and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government with Honors and Sociology from Dartmouth College.
