Ryan Michael Hayes

Ryan Michael Hayes is an accomplished event management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Events at Covington & Burling LLP since May 2019, Ryan previously held positions as Senior Marketing Events Manager and Marketing Events Manager within the same firm. Prior to this, Ryan founded and served as Chief Event Officer at Hayes Street Society, LLC, and worked as Director of Strategic Partnerships & Event Management at RedPeg Marketing. Additional experience includes roles such as Executive Producer & Director of Events at Chance for Life Foundation and Director of Events and Partnerships at Shakespeare Theatre Company, along with significant event planning experience at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communications and International Relations from American University.
