As CFO, Alicia is responsible for managing all accounting functions, financial reporting and annual audits, preparing budgets, forecasts and analysis, and other ad-hoc finance items.

Alicia has more than 17 years of experience in finance. She previously worked at Simplicity Financial Marketing in Hartford, CT, as the Senior Accounting Manager, Assistant Vice President of Finance and then Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to Simplicity, Alicia worked at Hartford Life and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alicia received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
