Ajay Madan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in employee compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Manager of Employee Compensation & Benefits at COWI since 2008, Ajay has demonstrated expertise in finance and management. Prior to this, Ajay held positions such as Manager of Finance and Executive Finance at CSAV Liner Shipping in 2008, and as Senior Executive in Finance & Accounts at CSAV Group India Pvt. Ltd. from 2007 to 2008. Ajay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
