Hamza Naeem is a co-founder and principal design engineer at Cowlar Design Studio, where a scalable, low-latency streaming service for smart shopping carts was developed. With extensive experience in industrial automation, Hamza led a multidisciplinary team at Cowlar Inc. to automate a fiber optics factory, resulting in significant productivity gains and annual savings exceeding $2 million. Previous roles include senior design engineer and design engineer at Cowlar Inc., where innovative automation systems and computer vision algorithms were designed, boosting efficiency and output. Hamza completed internships at USEN Pakistan and FFC, gaining valuable insights into communication systems and process control. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Robotics at Northeastern University and participating in Y Combinator's AI Startup School, education credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
