Cowlitz PUD
Mark Kirby is currently the Manager of Facilities and Physical Security at Cowlitz County PUD since October 1994. Prior to their current role, Mark worked as an Engineering Planner at the same company and as an Avionics Tech at Horizon Airlines. Mark also served as an Airman in the US Navy aboard the USS Acadia AD-42. Mark received their education from Spartan School of Aeronautics, Clover Park Technical College, and Mark Morris High School.
