Preethesh Kadri

Preethesh Kadri currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of People Excellence at COWRKS since December 2024, focusing on HR business partnership, HR operations, and talent management. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Sodexo from November 2022 to December 2024, and various roles at Biocon from January 2015 to November 2022, including Deputy Manager HR and Assistant Manager HR. Preethesh began a career in HR at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering and Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, progressing from HR Executive to Junior Executive HR from 2011 to 2011. Currently enrolled in a Post Graduate Program in Strategic HR Leadership at XLRI Jamshedpur, recent academic credentials consist of a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya.
