Sumit Sindhwani is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management with over 14 years of extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Manager of People Excellence at COWRKS since September 2024, Sumit previously held the position of Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition at ACT FIBERNET from February 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the recruitment cycle for leadership roles, implementing innovative strategies, and managing vendor relationships.
