Byron Floyd

Byron Floyd has extensive experience in customer service operations, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience Operations for Cox Communications since 2000. Floyd has held various leadership positions within the organization, including Assistant Vice President and Executive Director of Strategy and Process for Customer Care. Responsibilities have included enhancing customer and agent experiences through strategic implementation and process improvement across technical support teams. Prior to Cox, Floyd was the owner of Final Phase Construction and served on the Board of Directors for San Diego Habitat for Humanity, contributing to finance and real estate efforts. Academically, Floyd obtained an MBA from Georgia State University, specializing in International/Global Studies, in April 2018.
