Eric Hansen

Eric Hansen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network automation and DevOps, currently serving as a Senior Network Automation/DevOps Engineer at Cox Communications since February 2013. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a BTS Telephone Technician at McCall Communications, Inc. from November 2009 to February 2013, where responsibilities included installing and servicing business telephone systems and low voltage voice and data cabling. Earlier in Eric's career, from July 2005 to February 2011, a position as a Retail Parts Specialist at Advance Auto Parts involved retail sales and included ASE certification. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Game Development from Full Sail University, completed from 2007 to 2009.
