Leah Selby

Leah Selby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and change enablement, currently serving as a Lead Program Manager at Cox Communications since July 2017. In this role, Leah has implemented strategies for user adoption and experience in high-impact transformation projects while analyzing metrics to inform strategic decisions. Previously, as a Change Enablement Manager at Cox Communications, Leah successfully led a CRM transformation project and fostered a collaborative change team environment. Leah's background includes project management roles at North Point Ministries, Inc., managing corporate accounts at the American Cancer Society, and overseeing multiple projects for various clients at Scharbo & Company and Sawyer Riley Compton. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earning the degree in 2003.
