Na'im J. R. has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as Principal and Enterprise Architecture Leader at Cox Communications since November 2013, where Na'im leads teams to design cloud platforms and implement AI/ML solutions. Prior roles include Deputy CIO and Head of Strategy & Architecture at BWC, where Na'im oversaw a large IT organization and drove enterprise architecture and project portfolio management practices. Na'im also held various technical leadership positions in organizations such as US Baha'i National Center and JM Family Enterprises, contributing to software development and strategic IT transformation. Na'im holds a degree from the University of Florida and possesses a strong background in cloud strategies, data management, and infrastructure resilience.
