Rick Miller

Rick Miller is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and financial sectors, currently serving as the Regional Carrier Sales and Operations Director at Cox Communications since November 2005. In this role, Rick leads a team focused on designing and delivering network services for wholesale and carrier customers across Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. Prior to this, Rick held various positions at Chase Manhattan Corporation as a Branch Manager and MCI Telecommunications, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and supporting regional operations. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has a background in program delivery and team development from his time at MCI.
