Erin Rogan

Erin Rogan is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Cox Enterprises since August 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held similar positions at NBCUniversal and WarnerMedia, where responsibilities included managing the full life cycle recruitment process and supporting various functional areas within organizations. Erin's extensive experience in recruitment spans over a decade, beginning at Turner Broadcasting, where over 560 positions were successfully closed, and includes roles at Citi and Smith Barney. Erin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
