Jeff Handler

Jeff Handler serves as the Senior Counsel and Cox Automotive Privacy Lead at Cox Enterprises since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff Handler held the position of Vice President - Legal and Compliance at UPS Capital® from February 2008 to April 2024, also serving as a Senior Attorney during that time. Earlier experience includes various associate roles at prominent law firms such as Greenberg Traurig, LLP, King & Spalding, Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs, and Hunton & Williams LLP from 1997 to 2008. Jeff Handler earned a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Additional education includes ongoing studies in Project Management for the In-House Law Department at Boston University's Questrom School of Business and participation in executive programs at Harvard Business School and Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
