Desmond Douglas

Desmond Douglas, MBA, has a diverse work experience, primarily in software quality assurance and leadership roles.

Desmond joined cPanel in 2022 as a Software Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to that, they were with IPT Global from 2019 to 2022, where they served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineering Manager.

From 2017 to 2018, Desmond worked at COBAN Technologies as an SQA Lead. Desmond also had a role as a Functional Lead at ExxonMobil from 2016 to 2017.

Desmond gained significant experience during their time at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, where they worked from 2013 to 2015. As a QA Lead, they collaborated with both technical and business teams to implement and support Quality Assurance efforts. Desmond managed an automation team in India and led a team of technical testers to ensure high-quality SAP Business Processes.

Before that, Desmond worked at CenterPoint Energy from 2009 to 2013, holding the role of Programmer - System Analyst/QA Lead.
