John Spencer started their work experience in 2008 as a Linux Systems Administrator at HostforWeb, Inc. In 2009, they became a Systems Administrator at Touch Support, Inc. John then joined Hostgator.com in 2011 as a Linux Systems Administrator and Systems Monitoring Supervisor. Since 2014, John has been working as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at cPanel.
John Spencer attended Youngstown State University from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Computer Science. John did not obtain a degree during their time there. In 2015, John obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
