In 2012, Jossie joined cPanel as a Technical Analyst and then transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Analyst. During this time, they improved the reliability of automated testing tools and collaborated with scrum teams to enhance overall work quality.

Since 2017, Jossie has been working as a Software Developer at cPanel. Jossie has successfully led several projects to add new products to the e-commerce site, resulting in increased revenue.
