Cathy Hayes

Cathy Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the architecture and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Client & Strategy for CPB Contractors in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory since December 2017, Cathy has previously held prominent positions including Principal at Ridley, where leadership focused on major health sector projects, and Senior Associate roles at Woods Bagot and Marchese + Partners, overseeing diverse residential projects. Additionally, as Senior Project Manager at Impact Group, Cathy established the Coffs Harbour office and managed a portfolio of Government Stimulus housing projects. Educational qualifications include an Executive Masters of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, membership in the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sydney, complemented by specialized coursework in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School Online.
